Default Re: Viet Tran Properties

Hi Viet,

King 5 news just came out today saying the the real estate market in King County is still going strong and appreciating. I have been looking to purchase my first home but I have hesitated due to the depreciation of home values around the nation.

I also hear that interest rates are going up after hitting the low of the mid 5.5% for a 30 years loan.

Should I buy now or wait longer. If yes, where is a good neighborhood in King County should I look at for good price appreciation and a good place to race a family.

Thanks for your help.
