Welcome to our webpage! With over 28 years combined experience in the Real Estate industry we have what it takes to ensure you get the best advice and counsel when it comes to finding a new home for your family and/or marketing your current home.
Monte was a general contractor and home builder for nearly 20 years before entering Real Estate. Kathi was in the Retail Sales and Marketing business for 15 years before entering Real Esate. In order to serve our clients better we believe in continued training and education. Kathi recieved her Broker's license with the state of Washington and Monte is currently working on completing his as well.
We believe that customer service is paramount and meeting your needs is our highest priority! We offer a "BLUE RIBBON-NORDSTROM" level of service with a support team to ensure easy communications at all levels of our organization. We have a personal assistant, Julie, a transaction co-ordinator, MeriAnn, and a customer service specialist, Eileen. At any given time at least one of us is available to our clients. We believe in serving our clients before, during and most importantly after they've made their move into their new home. We often hear from past clients in need of a referral for a contractor, plumber or some other professional. We are proud to offer this as an added bonus for our clients. We "keep in touch" with our clients monthly and are there for them when they have a need. My name is Bao Truong and I have known Kathi, Monte Ogle and their family for aproximately 7 years now since I moved into their neighborhood. What striked me the most and I still remember today was when I first moved into the neighborhood, Monte went out his way to offer help and assistance. He offered me to use his carpentry tools to install the gasline on my new house and even offered to help installed it for me.
When I first met Kathi a couple of days after moving in, she was the same way. She extended her hospitality and friendliness to me and my family which made us newcomers felt very at home in our new neighborhood. They even offered to watch our kids for us if we needed some one to babysit our two young kids.
That is what the Ogles are about: taking care of you and your family. Whether is loaning you a tool to work on your house, offering to watch your kids, or helping you find and purchase a house, the Ogles are their to help you. And with us knowing anh living next to them for the past 7 years and watching their two beautiful kids grew up, I can say from the bottom of my heart that you can TRUST and DEPEND on them.
When it comes to Real Estate, the Ogles are not out to make a quick sale or try to get you to make a quick purchase, but they will help you find a home that is right for your family and will help you with all the paperwork and anything else you might need. If I had to describe the Monte and Kathi with just one short sentence, it would be "The Real Estate Agents Who Care!".

Monte and Kathi are very experienced in there line of work. They helped my family and I get into a very nice home in a lovely neighborhood. I have known them for many years and would recommend them to you and your many friends.
