With over 20 years in the industry, Evergreen graduates have succeeded in opening over a 200 salons and spas in the Pacific Northwest. Other graduates are building their careers with premier salons, spas, medispas, barbershops and more.
We are nationally accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences which means that Evergreen is recognized not only by the state but on a national level. You will belong to a school that is an active member of the American Association of Cosmetology Schools as well as Washington Federation of Private and Vocational Schools.
What Makes Evergreen unique?
History of Entrepreneurs: Over 200+ of our alumni have started their own business and of those a number have created business that are consider local leaders in the industry. Some business include: Sense Nail Salon, Supreme Cutz, FiZek's Barbershop, Ashley's Salon
Staff member with extensive business experience: The business training program is taught by educators that hold degrees in business or have managed or owned salons and spas. Both Frank Trieu and Theresa Tran have degrees in Marketing, Finance, and Economics from the University of Washington and Seattle University. Thi has owned two successful salons before moving into the school business. Tracy Bohdaine owned her own Massage/Skin Treatment Practice and currently has partnered with her daughter to create a Massage and Esthetic Business.
An empowering experience: The curriculum is structured where students understand that they are in control of their own future. It includes not only an 8 week business training program, a voluntarily 6 week personal development program, along with an alumni and industry network that are willing to mentor future professionals during their time while in school.
A school that cares: Evergreen continues to stay in contact with its alumni and offers them support in life time job placement, business consulting, and discounted post graduate / continuing education program.
