Cung Le's Martial Arts Training Center is set in a positive environment with programs for the entire family! Our Junior and Adult Martial Arts Programs focus on the discipline of Sanshou while conditioning good athletes and team players. Our team of qualified and experienced instructors will lead you to learn and apply the basic techniques of Sanshou (Chinese Kickboxing). There are also the multi-calorie burning CardioZone Kickboxing classes, Cardio Paddle classes and CardioZone Bag Training classes to help you reach your fitness goals!

The Cung Le Martial Arts Training Centers value our programs of instruction with experienced instructors both "in" and "out" of the competitive circuit, thus providing you with top notch quality instruction.

The Cung Le Martial Arts Training Center invites people of all ages and background to experience a 1-day complimentary workout for any of the CardioZone classes. Please note that children between the ages of 4-17 need parental consent. Ages 18 and above require a photo i.d.
