I am a landlord attorney and I began AccessEvictions.com the website for my practice. Landlords and tenants alike from all around the country began contacting our office.
Meanwhile from time to time advertisers from other websites would contact me about listing my landlord-tenant practice on their site. They always wanted a commitment - usually at an expensive rate - to advertise with them though the listing was untested as a means to attract clients. They were willing to accept my listing as long as I was willing to pay, usually with no questions asked about my experience or qualifications in landlord-tenant law.
It is my mission in operating this site to provide useful general information to landlords and tenants and to provide a directory to eminently qualified landlord attorneys.
We check the background of the attorneys listed. We do not simply list to all comers or the highest bidder. We can do this in part because we do not pay for sponsored ads on search engines. We rely on the quality of this site's content to attract visitors. We can also do this because with my own busy landlord-tenant law practice, I have a day job.
Attorneys benefit with exclusive local listings. Although the attorneys listed are independent and not directly associated with our firm, potential clients benefit from the confident knowledge that they are contacting attorneys knowledgeable about landlord-tenant law.
